Private one-on-one sessions, developed specifically for you and based on your personal needs.  No gym required!

At the current time, sessions can either be virtual, or at an outdoor location (park, beach, etc.).

​

Sessions include:

  • Establishing goals

  • Initial weigh-in

  • Fitness assessment to establish starting point

  • Cardio and strength training program modified to you

  • Education of safe stretching/exercising habits

  • Weekly/monthly weigh-ins

  • Weekly motivational check-ins
